Carrie was absolutely awesome. Very dedicated and kind. She gave me the best massage I have ever had. I walked in feeling stressed and anxious. I walked out feeling calm and focused. The way she uses her hands and the hot stones is amazing! I am looking forward to scheduling another session when we are back in Albuquerque.

My wife and I drove from our home in San Diego to Albuquerque the other day.  After a 13 hour drive we were sore so we looked around for a massage place near our hotel.  We found Placidity Massage open and was able to take us right then.  We both got a deep tissue massage, and it was the best deep tissue massage we’ve had anywhere!  Back home we get massages a couple times a month.  I wish we lived here so we could continue to go to Placidity.  The two women that worked on us Tuesday night (sorry we didn’t asked your names) were strong and really knew what they were doing and how to get the knots out and relax you.  We might go back tomorrow before we leave to go back home!  We can’t say enough good things about this massage place except please go -  you won’t be disappointed.  We highly recommend them - we will be coming back every time we are in town. This was the most EUPHORIC massage I have EVER received!! I have never experienced something like this before! I am extremely picky when it comes to massages. I have never found a massage therapist who knows how to do an in depth deep tissue massage. But Carrie proved me wrong in every single way. She puts in so much effort and her techniques are so professional. Afterwards I  felt the most relief I'd ever felt in my entire life. She got rid of all my tension due to stress and I am so thankful. I am going to start seeing her as often as I can. She is THAT worth it. She's very friendly and the room is clean and tidy. This was the most comfortable and one of a kind massages I've ever had. I highly recommend this place!

I was in excruciating pain.  From my lower back to my foot.  Very, very bad pain.  While driving down Montgomery Blvd, we spotted a sign on the corner which read "Placidity Massage Therapy Walk In Welcomed ".  We immediately drove into the parking lot and I hobbled in.  The waiting room is welcoming where I meet with the Masseuse, May.  She is professional and cordial.  She explained to me the technique she practices and I explained my painful predicament.  She showed me to the massage room and prepared for the treatment.  The room was clean, attractive with light piano music playing in the background.  The lighting and room temperature were both comfortable.  May asked how much pressure I wanted and the session started.  This was not your run of the mill massages.  May expertly worked my muscles and I could feel the pain fade away.  It amazes me how a trained masseuse can find a work out the discomfort and pain.  May is amazing.  Understand that it will take a few more regular visits to rid of my pain entirely, but for this being my first visit, I am impressed.  I will be seeing May every time I am in the Albuquerque area.  

In addition to the price being very reasonable, Placidity is also offering a buy 10 massages and get one free.  It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend May.  Really I would give 6 stars if I could.  Have a Happy New Year.  My happiness has already started!

Brand new salon.  Very, very clean. Very refreshing and invigorating massage.  Hour long session with last 10 minutes of hot stones massage.  Therapists wore latex gloves entire time and gave massage briefs to wear. So not nude massage, nor explicit endings.  If looking for that type of massage, not the place to go to.  But if wanting a real massage, great place.
